Manik founded BizSoftScout to cut through jargon-heavy software marketing and help small-business owners — plumbers, cleaners, shop owners, salon professionals, freelancers — choose tools that genuinely save time and get them paid faster. He leads the site’s research and reviews, and every guide follows our published Editorial Guidelines & Review Methodology.

How we research and review
We evaluate every tool hands-on where we have direct access, and for the rest we build our assessment from vendor documentation, current published pricing, and independent 2026 sources — which we cite in the article. We are explicit about which is which: when we have tested a tool ourselves, we say so; when a verdict is research-based, we say that too. We never accept payment in exchange for a positive review, and any affiliate relationships are disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure. Pricing and feature claims are re-checked on a regular schedule because software changes fast.
